3. Descriptions of Services Offered

4. Financial Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include the standard VAT (15%) where applicable. Subscriptions recur on a monthly automated cycle. You can cancel your current coverage at any point through your profile control center or by contacting our Sandton accounts office.

5. Corporate Client Tasks

Users must submit fully valid, complete, and accurate registration details. You remain completely accountable for securing all passwords associated with your premium subscriptions.

6. Trademark Protection & Intellectual Rights

All news articles, charts, digital logos, custom SVG systems, and strategic brand names are the exclusive intellectual property of Empower Media (Pty) Ltd. No reuse or citation is permitted without accurate backlink citation.

7. Limits of Corporate Liability

Our coverage reports are rendered "as is" and strictly for strategic educational guidance. Empower Media makes no warranties regarding the absolute financial outcomes of any investment choices made after analyzing our pages.

8. Jurisdictional Courts & Legal Framework

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg).
